Our Services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings and Quotes
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
Please note:
- Quotes may change if details are different on the day
- Final pricing depends on access, volume, and job conditions
- A booking is only confirmed after written or verbal agreement
We aim to keep all pricing clear and transparent.
Payment terms are agreed during booking.
General conditions:
- Payment may be required before or after service
- Deposits may apply for some bookings
- Late payments may include additional charges
Full payment details are shared before the job begins.
Cancellations and Changes
We aim to stay flexible where possible.
Cancellation rules:
- More than 48 hours before booking: usually no charge
- Less than 48 hours: cancellation fee may apply
- Same-day cancellations may be charged in full
We also try to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

- Ensure access to property is available
- Arrange parking where required
- Inform us of any restrictions in advance
- Pack fragile items unless packing service is booked
Incorrect information may result in extra charges or delays.
Liability
We handle all items with care during the service.
However:
- We are not responsible for poorly packed items
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage
- Our liability is limited to reasonable repair or replacement where applicable
Any issues must be reported immediately after completion.
Insurance
We hold appropriate insurance for removals services, subject to policy terms.
